He completed his masters degree from University of East Anglia and co-founded BYAC in 2020 in the wake of the pandemic to support vulnerable communities in his home province of Balochistan. He is also the Manager of External Engagements at Engro Corporation.

With a legal background and degrees from the University of East Anglia (LLB) and SOAS (Masters in Asian Politics), Banari possesses a profound interest in current affairs and has a specific focus on women and development, as well as promoting the rich culture of Balochistan.

Khalid Ismail, a highly accomplished individual, has obtained his degree in civil engineering and completed his LLB as well. Hailing from Quetta, Balochistan, Khalid possesses an unwavering passion to assist and support the people of his province in any way possible.

Dr. Yasir Baloch, from District Jhal Magsi in Balochistan, is pursuing an MD in the US. His deep-rooted desire to contribute to the betterment of his province motivates him to focus on enhancing healthcare, education, and meeting the basic needs of its residents.
