Sikander Bizenjo

Co-Founder, BYAC
Sikander Bizenjo is a development economist and a social entrepreneur. He completed his masters degree from University of East Anglia and co-founded BYAC in 2020 in the wake of the pandemic to support vulnerable communities in his home province of Balochistan. He is also the Manager of External Engagements at Engro Corporation.

Banari Mengal

Co-Founder, BYAC
Banari is the co-founder of BYAC, initiating the organization during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic . With a legal background and degrees from the University of East Anglia (LLB) and SOAS (Masters in Asian Politics), Banari possesses a profound interest in current affairs and has a specific focus on women and development, as well as promoting the rich culture of Balochistan.

Khalid Ismail

Core Team Member, BYAC
Khalid Ismail, a highly accomplished individual, has obtained his degree in civil engineering and completed his LLB as well. Hailing from Quetta, Balochistan, Khalid possesses an unwavering passion to assist and support the people of his province in any way possible.

Dr. Yasir Baloch

Core Team Member, BYAC
Dr. Yasir Baloch, from District Jhal Magsi in Balochistan, is pursuing an MD in the US. His deep-rooted desire to contribute to the betterment of his province motivates him to focus on enhancing healthcare, education, and meeting the basic needs of its residents.

Shumaila Ismail is a dedicated political and social activist who has been serving the people of Balochistan since 2005 in promoting youth empowerment, social justice, and sustainable development in the region.

Lead Champion Khuzdar
Siraj is a highly qualified engineer. He is deeply committed to BYAC's mission of empowering youth and promoting sustainable development in Balochistan

Keenagi Nadeem

Co-Lead Champion Makran Region
Keenagi is currently pursuing an LLB degree from Turbat University. He is deeply committed to promoting youth empowerment and sustainable development in his community.

Kareem Shambay Baloch

Co-Lead Champion Makran Region
Kareem is driving BYAC's initiatives aimed at promoting youth empowerment and sustainable development in Balochistan. His commitment to social work and volunteerism reflects his dedication to serving the community.

Mirjan Marri

Lead Champion Kohlu
Mirjan Marri is from the Tamboo tehsil of Kohlu and works as a member of the Nursing Levies Department in Balochistan. He is deeply passionate about promoting youth empowerment and sustainable development in his community.
