Building Climate Leaders Summit
(May 3-4 2025)
For the first time ever, BYAC hosted the Building Climate Leaders Summit on May 3-4, 2025,bringing together 47 young changemakers from across the province to lead the conversation on climate adaptation and collective action. This wasn’t just a summit it was a spark. A space where ideas turned into action, workshops turned into wisdom, and strangers turned into a community. From interactive sessions to hands-on learning, the weekend was all about building power from the ground up and making sure Balochistan’s youth are not just heard, but leading.
Gwader Beach Clean-up
Throughout June, BYAC champions and local youth came together every Sunday to clean the shores of Gwadar Beach. Across four weekly cleanups, over 50 participants a mix of dedicated volunteers and community members joined hands to remove waste and protect the coastline. These efforts weren’t just about cleaning the beach, but about creating awareness and encouraging collective action. What stood out most was the passion and energy of our youth, especially BYAC members, who showed up with commitment and care, determined to make a real impact for their environment.
